All Performace(R) Cleanroom Apparel
are pre-laundered in
Esco's Class 10 cleanroom laundry. Being the pioneer in the cleanroom
laundry industry in Southeast Asia since 1974, our class 10 cleanroom
laundry is ISO 9001:2001 certified. Our laundry service ensures complete
compatibility with the operations of your cleanroom.
Controlled Cleanliness
From our rigorous product cleaning
procedures to our
Class 10/100 cleanroom, our garment cleaning process assures our
customers of the highest possible product quality.Every step in our
procedure is controlled by exacting standards from initial label
removing (when required) to final packaging and customer delivery.
Unsurpassed Quality
High quality industry standard surfactant are
used to wash all garments. We utilize only 18 megohm deionized water
in all our cleaning and rinsing operations.
The plastic bags used for product packaging are
of the highest quality available and are approved by our customers
before use. Our vacuum packing operation uses only the highest quality
nitrogen for bag backfill to make sure all bagged products remain
clean and dry.
Dedicated Service
From our daily pickups to emergency deliveries
on weekends, Esco is dedicated to provide the best possible service
to our customers. We can make daily pickups and deliveries to your
facilities. Once cleaned, we package and box the garments according
to your specification.
Water Purification Options
At Esco, we offer varying grades of water for
the processing of your cleanroom garments.
Option 1
To produce and supply the washing machines with water filtered throught the
following stations:
5 micron filter station, activated carbon bed station, 1 micron filter station
Option 2
To prove and supply the washing machines with water quality having a resistivity
of 18 Megohm, filtered through the following station:
5 micron filter station, activated carbon bed station, 1 micron filter station,
reserve osmosis system, mixed bed station, UV sterilizer, 0.45 micron absolute
filter, 0.20 micron absolute filter, Super Q station, Ultrastak station.
Quality Assurance Options
We provide the following optional tests for processed
garments, prior to the final packing, on a random basis.
-Testing of particle generation from cleanroom garments.
-Testing of the surface resistivity of cleanroom garments.
Facilities Maintenance
The following tests are carried out regularly
within our cleanroom facilities to ensure quality and consistency.
-Testing of Class 10 cleanroom (drying/packing areas).
-Monitoring of temperature/humidity in the Class 10 cleanroom.
-Testing of contamination in dryer.
In addition to testing, periodic maintenance
is carried out according to a strict program as drawn out Esco's
internal laundry manual and the operating guidelines of the individual
equipment according to its manufacturer. Esco also offers turnkey
RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) and/or barcode tracking systems
that can allow our customers to track the status of any individual
garment anytime, anywhere on the Internet.
